सावन के झुले मे झुलता एह्सास
गरमी की धूपमे जलता एह्सास
अनंत गगनकी बाहोमे मचलता एह्सास
इन्द्रधनुशके रन्गोमे समाया येह एह्सास

मुस्कान की मेहक मे डूबा एह्सास
अश्रु के पीछे छुपे दर्दका एह्सास
अनेक प्रश्नोके बीच घीरा एह्सास
जवाबो मे ना ढुढ पाये एह्सास

वाचा की सीमा से परे है एह्सास
दिल के आंगनमे खिलता एह्सास
शराब से भी नशेदार येह एह्सास
मनको विचलीत कर देता एह्सास

ऐसे एह्सासोमे डूबी एह्सास
एह्सास को समजने चली एह्सास
कैसे कहे एह्सासकी बाते एह्सास

Emotions swinging on the swing of monsoon

Emotions burning like heat in summer

Emotions jumping around in the arms of infinite sky

Emotions cradled in the colours of Rainbow

Emotions reflecting behind the cheerful smile

Emotions lurking behind the tears one cry

Emotions surrounded by umpteen questions

Emotions hiding behind the answers

Emotions beyond the power of speech

Emotions which play in the orchard of heart

Emotions intoxicating more than wine

Emotions which shake roots of mind

Engrossed in such powerful emotions

Ehsaas tried to understand emotions

How can Ehsaas even attempt this task

Has words ever had power to replace emotions?

Ehsaas - means emotions, the sweep of emotions in us! Now I know!

Thanks for the translation; it won't go to waste: you know what I did? Afetr reading the translation, I read each HIndi line in English font and each line in translation and I understood
better and loved the poem much more that way!
I'm learning Hindi (no doubt slowly) at the same time.
I'll come back a few times to do this - I think it's a good exercise for me, and I'll do the same to the other blogs where you have such translation. Thanks, Ehssas.

The poem itself is lovely and at least now, with the above method, I can feel more the power and beauty of the poem in the original, in Hindi.
